The leaves that result from the second harvest of pineapple and banana are usually considered "waste." They are either left in the field to decompose (8-12 months on average) or burned to prepare the land more quickly for subsequent plantings.

 

At Green Leaf, we specialize in utilizing these waste materials and producing plant-based fiber, which is a highly versatile raw material for various industries (e.g., construction, automotive, textile, and fashion).
